Funny NSV

This also borders on TMI; however, I had to share. Today's NSV (non-scale victory) was that my underwear is soooooo big....HOW BIG IS IT!?!? It's sooooo big that it was sliding down my butt all the way to my upper legs as I took the dogs for a walk tonight.

So good thing I was just on my way back home, no biggie. Problem is, I bought a whole bunch of this same kind, so I guess I need to buy some new ones!

  1. Great NSV! Now toss those undies and get some smaller ones... (or go commando if you must!)

  3. Be careful! My kids grandma's dropped and landed around her ankles as she was walking out of a restaurant following her birthday dinner. She'd lost lots of weight and didn't even notice when they dropped....she just walked right out of them and my mother-in-law was behind her and just scooped them up and stuck them in her purse....toooo funny. So be careful!!!!

  4. lol I've had that happen to me too. It's kind of a good/bad/embarrassing thing! But what an NSV and so much fun shopping for new lower sized knickers.

  6. That same thing goes for me. I have a few pair that were a smaller size that still fit, but I have already thrown the majority away, isn't it wonderful!

  7. Heather,

Make sure you buy cute new underwear! I love how the other bandsters are so into VS xl sizes (even if it's a love/hate relationship with VS). Anyway, I think it's so important to feel good about yourself on multiple layers. Congratulations...

  8. Hi Heather. I've recently started a blog about my band to DS journey and wondered if it would be okay that I link to your site? Also, would you be willing to link to mine? I'm trying to include as many WLS sites as possible. Please let me know. I apologize for communicating this way but I couldn't find an alternative method. :) BTW: kudos on the move to Austin. My site if you're interested:
