I enjoyed myself WAY TOO MUCH this past weekend. I indulged greatly, the scale went back up, and now I'm considering taking a break from the "diet" for the entire holiday season!

I vote for no diet...just smaller portions. I intend to "taste" everything, that taste might just be 1 tsp. of alot of things! I am sure you will figure out what works best for you.
ReplyDeleteThat's the way to do it.. just like Southern Belle said. A little bit of everything but nothing much of something in particular is the way to go.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree with Jennifer and Cara. Don't overindulge and get rid of the diet mentality. Just try one bite of everything you want. You have been doing so well Heather, just hang in there!!
