Do you guys get stuck on eggs?

I'm totally into eggs these days.  Great protein, easy, always on hand, not too high in calorie.  However, I get frustrated because I'm always getting stuck on the darn things.

I guess I make them too dry.

Anyone else out there have this problem?  I've never read about this being a problem band food!

I keep trying to undercook them but when I see them runny I feel the urge to cook them longer and end up making them as I always do.

I also add hot sauce sometimes but this is never enough "sauce" to prevent them from sticking.

  1. I have never gotten stuck on eggs thank goodness becasue I love them, especially egg salad. Maybe if you are eating them eary in the morning and because you are tighter in the morning, that is why they are not going down. Have you tried to eat them in the afternoon or later? Maybe its just a timing issue and not necessarily and egg issue? Hope it gets better

  5. I have gotten stuck on them too! If you like egg salad it is a good option and deviled eggs...you can make them in advance for a high protein snack!

  7. No, sorry. But I am at 7.75 cc's and could probably eat a loaf of bread so I'm not one to compare yourself to.........

  8. Glad I'm not alone. Unfortunately, having my husband make them doesn't help. Now eating egg salad might be a better option. I'll just have to make it low cal enough. And Brooke, somehow I can eat bread easier than eggs! Though on occasion bread sticks too. Even later in the day though I'm definitely tighter in the mornings! I'm pretty full up, but somehow seem to still need more fill. Not sure how that's possible but it is!
