Hi, Heather! I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling. Do you think a fill would help? It's great that you're blogging again -- that will definitely help to keep you focused.
One thing that helps me when I'm working crazy hours is to bring food to the office with me. I usually bring oatmeal and granola bars. I like both, and they are good, filling snacks . . and keep me away from eating cr@p food. That might be a good option for you, too.
The beauty of the band is that you're going to have it for years and years. This year, you've kept off 20 pounds, plus all the weight you would have otherwise gained. Maybe that's not all you wanted, but it's still a definite success. It's OK to get to your goal slowly, just keep doing things that will move you toward it.
Your bandiversary could be the beginning of a brand new start for you with the band. Why not schedule a fill and write out a plan for what you're going to do to get on track? I posted a post-op plan that I wrote out on my blog a long time ago (there is a link to it here(http://chroniclesfrombandland.blogspot.com/2009/12/post-for-yana-and-all-bandsters-to-be.html).
Writing that out was a big help to me -- could be a good way for you to refocus too.
I hope that at least some of these suggestions are helpful. And, I hope you're loving Austin! It's such a great town.
I'm a vegetarian living in Los Angeles. This blog has followed me from NYC to Austin to LA. I talk about my various weight loss attempts, including my weight loss surgery. I was banded on August 4, 2009.

Thank you Catherine. That's very touching, and I appreciate the support very much.
